They are the two ways Kocobelo designs reach you. “Made in Panama” comes from our workshop: Serena designs, digitizes and prints here, choosing the fabric piece by piece. “Made to order nearby” is produced only when you order it, at a production center close to your destination, so it arrives sooner. Every product tells you which one it is.

Workshop items are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered within Panama in 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items take 3–7 days to produce, plus shipping. You see the estimated date in the cart and at checkout before paying.

Yes, for free. At Kocobelo Experience · Café Boutique (Bajo Boquete, main street, past the Rey supermarket. Next to Hotel Onda, across from Texaco. Every day, 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) or at the Clayton showroom, arranged on WhatsApp. We let you know when it’s ready.

Yes. The price you see is the final product price; shipping is added separately and shown before you pay.

Yes. Some pieces can be personalized, like embroidered pashminas for weddings, and we put together orders for events and companies. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea, quantity and date.

Yes: for B/. 6.00 we wrap it and add a card with your message. Choose it at checkout.

Yes, worldwide. Workshop items ship from Panama via DHL. Made-to-order items are produced close to your destination. Your country’s import duties or taxes are not included.

You have 14 business days from delivery. Workshop items can be exchanged or returned unused and in their packaging. Personalized and made-to-order items are made for you: we replace them if they arrive defective or if we made a mistake. Read the full policy.
